03. Services

The proposal follows the problem.

We don’t offer fixed packages. Each engagement is shaped around your challenge, the level of input it needs and the right way to deliver it. These are the five ways we work, and many projects combine more than one.

01. Service

Professional guidance for when you need clarity before committing to a full design project. You get an informed, independent view of what to do next, and often that is all a project needs.

B. Remote, on-site or hybrid

The way we work follows the project.

Remote.

When the challenge is clear and there’s enough to go on (photographs, plans, measurements, video), we can work entirely online, wherever you are.

On-site.

When a space needs to be experienced in person, we visit to assess it, then follow up with the agreed documentation. Documentation doesn’t automatically mean drawings.

Hybrid.

Often the best balance: a digital review, a focused site visit and remote follow-up.

Where our scope ends

We shape the concept. Technical specialists build it.

We provide creative consultancy, concept design, schematic design and design-intent guidance. We don’t produce technical or construction drawings, structural or MEP design, authority submissions or shop drawings.

You’re free to appoint your preferred architect, engineer, fit-out contractor or supplier to take the concept forward, and we’re happy to recommend partners if that helps.
