Step by step
DetailDiscovery call
A complimentary 15–30 minute online conversation. We learn about your project, your challenge and your timing, and you get a sense of how we work. It’s an introduction, not a design session.
Assessment & proposal
We recommend the right way to engage, whether remote, on-site or hybrid, and gather what we need. You receive a tailored proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, phases, timeline, fee and what’s included.
Consultancy & strategy
We review, research and assess (on site where needed), then define what should change, why, and the recommended way forward. For many clients, this is a complete result in itself.
Concept developmentOptional
Where commissioned, we translate the strategy into tangible design, such as schematic layouts, visuals, identity or material direction.
Refinement & handover
Concept work includes two structured rounds of revisions, and written consultancy includes a round of clarification. Every major output is reviewed by our creative director before you receive the final files.
OversightOptional
Your appointed technical team develops the concept for construction and approvals. If you’d like, we can visit during implementation to keep the design intent intact.
